About Us

Meadows Park Care Home combines modern design with comfortable living, and is the first care home in Louth for the Tanglewood Group. Meadows Park is a home away from home for the residents and specialises in 24-hour residential, specialist dementia care, respite and palliative care.

Tanglewood staff are trained to the highest level and are selected to join our team for their passion for care and commitment to our residents. Their dedication and hard work have led to national recognition with Tanglewood Care Homes winning multiple prestigious awards.

We understand how hard the decision can be to move into a care home, therefore we are on hand to help welcome our new residents and their loved ones into our home. We are able to offer support and guidance in relation to all aspects of care to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

Dining Experience

Catering is provided on site by our fully trained catering team members. Menus are devised with the inclusion of the residents. Alternatives are always available in addition to the daily menu. We offer snacks and drinks 24 hours a day. The dining experience is extremely important to us, and we endeavour to deliver the same high-quality, nutritional experience, irrespective of the dietary requirements for each individual.

Environment

We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in our homes. We have a dedicated housekeeping team who care for our environment, ensuring it is spotlessly clean and fresh, whilst ensuring we meet required infection control standards as we go.

Lifestyle

Our dedicated Lifestyles Coordinators create a full activity programme, including meaningful sessions created to incorporate our residents’ choices and wishes. Some may prefer group activities or events, where others may prefer some one-to-one time or a trip out.
