Meadows Park Care Home prepares for Kings Coronation

At Meadows Park Care Home this week residents and team members have been busy preparing for the Kings Coronation, on the 6^{th of} May 2023.

There has been a buzz of excitement in the home as decorations went up, baking started, and the home prepared itself for a weekend full of events and celebrations.

We always appreciate any help our residents’ loved ones provide, and this week was no different when Annette’s daughter of one of our residents came into the home and decorated the staircase ahead of the coronation.

For some of our residents this will be their second coronation as they witnessed the late Elizabeth II coronation in 1953.

We are very much looking forward to celebrating over the long bank holiday weekend.
